Fascio is a modern black LED wall light that throws beams of light up and down a wall, creating a crisp architectural accent on a covered porch, patio, entryway, garage or interior hallway. Its slim, clean body suits contemporary and minimalist homes, and a matching set along a facade gives a polished, upscale look after dark.

Two sizes are offered. The small version measures 1.57 inches wide and 4.72 inches tall at 6 watts and 600 lumens, and the large version measures 2.17 by 7.09 inches at 10 watts and 1000 lumens. Four beam designs change the effect: one main beam up and down in small or large, one focusing plus one scattering beam, or three beams up and down for a more dramatic pattern on the wall.

The LED is integrated, with a fixed colour temperature of warm 3000K, neutral 4000K or white 5000K chosen at checkout. An optional adjustable base fits a standard 4 inch electrical box, so it can replace an existing fixture without cutting a new opening. It is best suited to a covered or sheltered location, such as under a porch roof or overhang. It is hardwired, so a licensed electrician is recommended for installation.

Is it actually waterproof?

The title and the copy both say weather ready, but the supplier publishes no IP rating anywhere in its data, and without that number nobody can tell you how much water it takes. We have asked for the rating and will publish it here. Until then, treat it as suited to a sheltered wall under an overhang, and have an electrician confirm the installation against your local code for outdoor wiring.
What are the four design options?

Small with one main beam up and down, large with one main beam up and down, large with one focusing beam plus one scattering beam, and large with three beams up and down. The supplier's own description mentions only the two sizes and does not explain the beam patterns, which we have asked it to document.
Will it fit my existing electrical box?

An optional adjustable base is made for US standard 4 inch electrical boxes. The fixture is hardwired for 110V to 120V or 220V to 240V. Light colour is chosen at order from 3000K warm, 4000K neutral or 5000K white, and because the LED is integrated that choice is permanent.
