Ricordo is a natural wood photo frame with softly rounded corners, a detail that gives it a warm, modern feel and keeps it from looking like office stationery. Two finishes are offered: golden sandalwood, a light honey tone, and South American walnut, a deeper and richer brown that suits mid century and classic interiors.

Five sizes are offered, from 10 by 15 cm (3.9 by 5.9 inches, close to a standard 4 by 6 print) through 13 by 18, 15 by 20 and 20 by 25 cm, up to 21 by 30 cm (8.3 by 11.8 inches), which fits an A4 print or certificate. The smaller sizes suit a desk, nightstand or shelf, while the larger ones work well for wedding photos, family portraits, art prints and diplomas.

Each frame can stand on a table or hang on a wall, in portrait or landscape orientation, so it adapts as a room or display changes. Grouping several sizes in the same wood tone creates a cohesive gallery wall or a layered shelf display. The natural grain varies slightly from frame to frame, adding to its handmade character. It makes a thoughtful gift for weddings, anniversaries, graduations, birthdays and housewarmings, paired with a favourite printed photo.

Wall or table, same frame

It hangs and it stands, so a frame bought for a shelf still works when the shelf goes. Five sizes from 3.9 by 5.9 inches up to 8.3 by 11.8.

Rounded, not sharp

The corners are radiused rather than mitred to a point, which is what keeps a wood frame from reading as office stationery.

Two wood tones

Golden sandalwood or South American walnut, both natural wood rather than a printed finish. Walnut reads darker and warmer, sandalwood lighter.

Frequently Asked Questions

What wood finishes are available?

Golden sandalwood or South American walnut. Note that the supplier's own specification sheet describes the finishes as walnut tone or light oak tone, which does not match the two options you can actually order. We have asked them to correct it; the ordering options are the ones to trust.
What sizes does it come in?

Five: 3.9 by 5.9 inches, 5.1 by 7.1, 5.9 by 7.9, 7.9 by 9.8, and 8.3 by 11.8. Those are the photo sizes, and the frame suits portrait or landscape either way up.
Does it come with glass, and can I mount it on a wall?

It displays wall mounted or on a tabletop. The supplier does not specify whether the glazing is glass or acrylic, which we have asked about, so if that matters for a child's room, ask us first.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we ship free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and transit times are estimated at 6–8 business days after dispatch.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes, once your order ships, tracking details are emailed so you can follow delivery progress.
What is your return policy timeframe?

You can return items within 30 days from when your order arrives for an easy return.
Do I pay a restocking fee?

There are no restocking fees as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
What if my item is damaged or defective?

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free to return, and refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection.
