Sereno wraps a metal and acrylic body in a walnut hydro transfer finish, which puts real grain texture on a fixture light enough to hang flush without heavy bracing. At 4 pounds it mounts cleanly to a standard ceiling box, where an actual timber shade of the same size would need reinforcement.
The acrylic face spreads the integrated LED across the full 15.7 inch diameter, so the ceiling gets an even wash instead of a bright ring with dark edges. Sitting only 5.5 inches deep, it keeps headroom intact in bedrooms and hallways where a flush profile matters more than a statement drop.
